🔮 2025 Clinical Innovation Predictions 🔮

We are 1 month into 2025. Take a look into my crystal ball….

For Sure: Rediscovering the power of Human Innovation
→ yes AI is a game changer but it will never fully replace human connection
→ I see renewed focus on the power of simple process changes, possibly augmented by AI
→ But with an emphasis on whole person care

For Sure: Refocusing on Data over AI novelty
→ Novel AI hype is old news
→ High-quality data is the real queen around here
→ Companies and organizations that prioritize clean, usable data will win

Hopefully: Continued emphasis on the power of lifestyle changes
→ High-value, low-tech initiatives that will move the needle for complex disease
→ inpatient and outpatient reach here folks
→ goes nicely with the power of human innovation

Unsure: The evolution of Values-Based Care
→ big insurance has been in the spotlight, consumers want change
→ many folks think alternative models of care delivery will provide that
→ 2025 will illuminate the possibility of a larger systems change

Unsure: State of the NIH Funding and Tech Development
→ this one concerns me, but I truly don’t know the end result
→ the orders blocking federal grants are halted, but unsure how this will change
→ may end up being a colossal disaster
→ may end up being a blip
